KCS Refund Policy

We strive to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all ticket purchasers. Please review the terms and conditions below to understand the circumstances under which refunds will be granted.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds:
Refund requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.
No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Tickets:
No refunds will be granted for requests made less than 14 days before the event.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
If the event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to receive a full refund.
Refund Process
Request Submission:
Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@theofficialkcs.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Event Name]”.
Please include the original ticket confirmation number, the purchaser’s name, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
Processing Time:
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
